Patriot Fire Defense has been selling and servicing fire equipment in Brevard County since 2006 and is in a growth phase in 2025. No experience necessary. We will train the right candidate to become a successful Fire Extinguisher Technician.
Training Pay Rate: $15 Per Hour
Typical Fire Tech Compensation: $18 - $39 Per Hour (Based on experience and number of permits held)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform inspections, maintenance and installation on fire extinguishers and emergency lighting for established customers on a scheduled basis
Complete all inspection and service paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Must be able to communicate well with customers and explain the work being done and any repairs that are necessary
Maintain vehicle stock quantities of equipment and keep it in a neat and orderly manner and adhere to all safety rules and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Own transportation
A current and valid driver's license
Written and verbal communication skills and be customer oriented
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Comfortable using basic tools
