We are hiring reliable workers to help unload cargo vessels at Port Canaveral. This includes lumber ships, slag ships, concrete ships, and other marine cargo.
Pay $16 per hour for day shift
$17 per hour for night shift
Daily pay available
Weekly pay also available
Schedule Work depends on ship arrivals
Common ship schedules
6:45am to 8:00pm or when the ship is finished
5:45am to 5:45pm
5:45pm to 5:45am night shift on some ships
Warehouse schedules vary
7:00am to 5:00pm or when the last truck is loaded
7:30am to 4:00pm
No guaranteed set days
Good for people who enjoy variety
Not ideal for someone who needs a consistent weekly schedule
Job Duties Help unload ships and move materials
Stack and organize cargo
General cleanup and support tasks
Follow all safety rules and instructions from supervisors
Requirements Able to lift 50 pounds
Must have steel toe boots and long work pants
Safety vest and hard hat provided
Must have reliable transportation
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Ability to work outdoors in a busy environment
Felony convictions are not a barrier to hiring
