Must be 18 years of age or older.

Or have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must pass the mandatory probationary drug testing

Ability and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and operating lawn and landscaping equipment safely.
Prior experience in lawn mowing, landscaping, or related outdoor services preferred.

Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team-oriented environment.
Positive attitude with a genuine desire to provide excellent service and delight customers.
