We are a rapidly growing family-owned lawn care company in Palm Bay. We operate exclusively in Southern Brevard County.
The opportunity for growth with the company is huge as we continue to expand and take on new clientele and have plans to start a new route this year. We are looking for a dependable, hard-worker, dedicated to improving both themselves and the team, to take on the role of Crew Member.
We are looking to fill the role of Crew Member immediately so the hiring process will go quickly. You will need to have valid driver's license, transportation to and from work and submit to a background check in ordered to qualify for this job.
A Crew Member duties include, but are not limited to:
- Lawn mowing, string trimming and edging
- Hard surface blowing
- Picking up debris and trimmings
- Trimming hedges, bushes, trees, and all other plant types.
Skills that would make you a valuable employee are:
- Experience driving a truck and trailer; can back up a trailer fairly easily.
- Experience of 2+ years in any of the following: landscaping maintenance, irrigation, or installations.
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver License
- Ability to walk/stand approx. 8 hours a day
-Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.,
- Pass a background check,
MUST HAVE A RELIABLE WAY OF TRANSPORT TO GET TO WORK ON TIME.
Education: High School/GED
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00/hour depending on experience
Hours: 20 – 30 hours weekly but will be going up as we continue to pick up customers.
