General Repairs Such As Exterior Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Light Electrical, Painting, Roof Maintenance, Some Ladder Work etc. for Four Apartments at Same Location.
Must Have Own Transportation and Current License, Must Be Punctual, Reliable, Responsible, and Honest.
$15.00 per hour. Work Scheduled As Needed. References Required. Some Tools Provided.
Preference Given To Individuals Living Within 10 Miles of Our Location.
