Mount This Fish Company is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team at entry level to assist our production staff with assembly of our fish replicas and crate larger replicas that require a crate. Mount This Fish Company replicas are life lasting memories for avid anglers and wall decor displayed throughout the world.
Primary tasks:
Prepping Blanks For Paint
Assembling Blanks
Crating
Occasional Additional tasks:
Packaging Ground shipments
Assisting Senior Staff On Misc Production Tasks
Starting rate is $15/hr with a 30 day evaluation period with no experience and then an opportunity to receive a raise after 90 day review dependent on ability to comprehend and complete our process and techniques.
The following is preferred but not necessary:
Hand eye coordination - this is necessary
Some experience with pneumatic tools such as Air Grinder, Mitre Saw, Braid Nailer, DA (Orbital Sander)
Resin work
Knowing your fish specie is not required but is highly preferred.
Medical Insurance 50% copay available after 6 months. PTO available after 1 year.
This position will require you to wear a ventilation mask at times.
