Lafferty Aluminum and Screening is currently on the lookout for highly skilled rescreen/service installers to add to our team. As part of the Rescreen/Service Crews, your primary responsibility will involve the meticulous installation and replacement of screens, fasteners, and hardware for existing pool enclosures. We are actively seeking dedicated professionals who are enthusiastic about joining the Lafferty team. We have openings for the following positions:
Builders: Responsible for the assembly and installation of pool enclosures and composite rooms.
Wraps/Fill Panel Crews: Involved in the installation of screen walls beneath existing trussed patios.
New installers with no prior experience can anticipate earning between $17 to $22 per hour, based on a valid driving license, driving record, and more. See our job requirements below.
Experienced installers have the option to work on a piecework basis, and new installers can choose to split the piecework with the crew lead.
Job Requirements:
(Preferred) Valid driver's license.
(Preferred) Clean driving record for insurance purposes.
Must be capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
Availability to report to the shop Monday through Friday at 7:30 am.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and fellow crew members.
