Dynamic opportunity for a friendly and hard-working individual to build a long-term career at a
new, growing Enviro-Master Services franchise in the Cocoa/Melbourne/Palm Bay area. Using
proprietary techniques and products, we improve the health and appearance of commercial
restrooms at our clients. Route technicians will:
ï· Typically only work weekdays starting early morning and finishing early afternoon
ï· Be paid based on the dollar value of the services and products delivered to customers
ï· Earn commissions on sales of products and services to new and existing customers
Successful technicians will earn more money than the minimum based on building good client
relationships and upselling of products and services.
Responsibilities:
ï· Using proper methods and techniques, deliver services and products to customers on an
assigned route, typically Monday through Friday, beginning between 5-6 am and ending
between 1-2 pm
ï· Interact and engage with customers to create loyal client relationships and sell additional
products and services
ï· Learn and follow proper techniques to sanitize commercial restrooms and provide other
services to customers
ï· Receive training and support to help sell additional products and services
Qualifications:
ï· Good work history
ï· Energetic, outgoing and cheerful personality
ï· Properly inspected, insured, large and reliable work vehicle
ï· Good driving record
ï· Cell phone with access to the internet
ï· Good verbal communication skills
ï· Strong attention to detail and following instructions
ï· Physically capable of lifting a 15-20 lb. box unassisted to shoulder height
ï· Physically capable of fully extending one arm above head
Compensation:
ï· Commission based on a percentage of the services and products delivered to customers
with a $400 minimum per full week
ï· Fuel reimbursement based on estimated route mileage
