Looking for a part time (14 to 21 hours per week) paralegal duties to include:
A paralegal doing divorce, adoption, family law, eviction, unlawful detainer, LLC's, Corps, leases, health care surrogates, power of attorney, simple wills, probate, name change, paternity, pre and post-nuptial agreements, small claims and more. You will be interviewing clients, preparing the work and meeting again with the clients for execution of the documents. Answer phones, dealing with files, making calls, etc. Knowledge of word/word perfect helpful, being a notary is helpful.
