Mount This Fish Company is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team on a part time basis building crates and assisting with packaging. Mount This Fish Company replicas are life lasting memories for avid anglers and wall decor displayed throughout the world.
Primary tasks:
Building Crates
Packaging Fish Replicas
Occasional Additional tasks:
Assisting Senior Staff On Misc Production Tasks
Grinding Fiberglass Casts
Installing Hangers
Starting rate is $16/hr with a 30 day evaluation period and then an opportunity to receive a raise after 90 day review dependent on ability to comprehend and complete our process and techniques.
Hand eye coordination is necessary for pneumatic tool use.
Knowing your fish specie is not required but is highly preferred.
Full time may be available once Crating & Packaging processes are learned and we could then have you assist in more production tasks to fulfill 40 hours but to start 20-25 hours per week is more likely.
This position will require you to wear a ventilation mask at times.
