LEAD Technical is currently looking for several Manufacturing Machine Operators for our client in the Rockledge area. In this role, you will be working in one of multiple capacities in a production environment, operating machines used in the fabrication of a variety of products used in commercial applications. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career with a worldwide leader in their space. This is a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE role that is available immediately. Positions available on all shifts.
Responsibilities:
Operate equipment in accordance with work instructions
Perform setup, including tooling setup and changeout, speed and measurement adjustment, and other parameters to meet specifications
Carry out quality inspection of completed materials to ensure conformance
Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness
Wear all required PPE (personal protection equipment)
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Mechanically inclined with a background in personal or professional projects
Process oriented
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
