We are a fast-growing contract manufacturing and full 3PL warehouse seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team. You’ll help keep products moving: shipping, receiving, staging, and managing inventory for multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Time Management
Lead, coach, and schedule production employees on shift.
Make sure team members are clocked in on time, in the right stations, and working efficiently.
Reassign labor as needed to hit production goals and timelines.
Production Execution
Ensure daily production plans are executed according to schedule and customer needs.
Monitor line performance, identify bottlenecks, and make real-time adjustments.
Coordinate with warehouse/shipping to ensure materials and finished goods are staged and flowing correctly.
Efficiency & KPIs
Track and help improve key production metrics (output per hour, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency, on-time order completion, etc.).
Look for ways to reduce waste, improve throughput, and tighten up changeover times.
Report production numbers and issues to the Lead Production Manager daily.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all employees are following SOPs, batch records, and quality standards at all times.
Work closely with Quality Control/Quality Assurance to resolve issues quickly.
Make sure products meet spec before they move to packaging, shipping, or client release.
Systems, SOPs & Training
Learn and master all production systems and SOPs for each client and product.
Train new and existing team members on procedures, best practices, and safety.
Help document improvements and updates to SOPs when processes change.
Support to Lead Production Manager
Assist with production planning, line setup, and scheduling.
Communicate issues with staffing, equipment, materials, or quality as soon as they arise.
Participate in continuous improvement projects across the production floor.

Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing or production (required).
Experience leading a team on the floor (Lead, Supervisor, or similar) strongly preferred.
Strong time management and people management skills.
Familiarity with quality control and working with SOPs in a regulated or contract manufacturing environment is a plus.
Comfortable with basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, production software/logs).
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the shift.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-through.
