Precision sheet metal fabricator NOW HIRING general shop help, specifically sanding/grinding dept.
Entry level "shop helper" position, will be moved around the shop depending on where help is needed, but will be primarily in the sanding/grinding dept. General mechanical experience and proficiency with hand tools is preferred but NOT required. Job will require the use of electric sheet sanders and pneumatic grinders in addition to metal filing/deburring tools.
Ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. MUST be able to follow direction and work well with others. Past experience in a shop environment or ability to interpret drawings will be given extra consideration. Our company is a precision sheet metal fabricator serving the aerospace and defense industries.
