We are a fast-growing contract manufacturing and full 3PL warehouse supporting multiple brands across diverse industries. We specialize in end-to-end logistics, fulfillment, and production services. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our Palm Bay team.
What You’ll Do:
Handle shipping & receiving for inbound/outbound freight
Unload trucks, verify counts, inspect products, label and stage pallets
Pick, pack, and prepare B2B and B2C orders
Stage and wrap pallets securely for transport
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas
Use basic inventory systems for cycle counts and stock updates
Work closely with production and office teams to keep things moving
Requirements:
Experience in warehouse, 3PL, or shipping/receiving preferred
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
Strong counting skills and attention to detail — accuracy matters
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Can follow SOPs and think independently when needed
Nice to Have:
Forklift certified (sit-down or stand-up)
Familiar with pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines, or scanners
Experience in a 3PL or contract manufacturing facility
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time position (Monday–Friday, occasional overtime)
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
