Local Seamless Gutter Company is looking to hire someone for a very fast paced office position. This persons main responsibilities will be setting up estimates, taking & applying payments, as well as attaching documents to Quickbooks. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. This person should enjoy answering phones and be very detailed oriented with everything they touch . Must have an experience in QuickBooks and a good knowledge of computers. We use MAC. This person must be very dependable.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
You cannot ever be late.
