Looking for a full time Office Manager for our plumbing business office.
Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4 with major holidays off. The ideal candidate will need office, scheduling and customer service experience. Multi-tasking is a necessity.
Our company is looking for someone who is detail oriented with the ability to multitask. Customer service is a must, as you will spend a majority of the day answering phones and interacting with customers. Construction/plumbing experience is highly preferred but not required. The ability and open mind to learn plumbing/construction is a necessity to succeed in this position. Experience with scheduling technicians is preferred. Our team services all of Brevard and some surrounding areas and efficient scheduling is crucial to the flow of the day. We also have a sister construction company that will require phone calls and message taking.
In addition to scheduling installs and interacting with customers, the candidate will be responsible for administrative work. We use QuickBooks for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and reconciliation. We are willing to train the right person eager to learn.
Job Duties:
Weekly payroll
Monthly and quarterly payroll taxes
Answering phones and emails in a professional manner
Sending/Receiving mail
Scheduling for service calls and estimates
Administrative work, filing, invoicing
Reconciling of bank account and credit card statements
Pulling proper permits for certain jobs
Filing paperwork with Clerk of Courts
Drafting proposals
Keeping up to date with all licenses and certificates necessary for the office
Notarizing documents
