Experienced office assistant needed:) Must have experience at multi tasking to include answering the phones, open and distribute daily mail, organize and scan paperwork, process mailings to customers using copier and folding machine, coordinate meetings and type meeting minutes, send group emails and other basic office functions. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook a plus.
Need excellent phone, data entry, organizational and typing skills. Need ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and prefer 3 years + experience; must have positive attitude, can multi task and be flexible with duties.
Part time or Full time available at Rockledge office (days and hours are flexible)
