Looking to hire an office assistant who works well with others, maintains good office organization, and gets things done in a flash. We are a small company(Paradise Garage Doors) who services and installs garage doors and openers. We have been estiablished in Merritt Island for 23 years. Responsibilities
Administrative tasks include answering phone calls, updating databases, filing, customer service, coordinating appointments/tasks for the owner & techs, tracking client orders, invoicing clients, marketing, running errands.
Qualifications
Strong computer skills in QuickBooks , Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Publisher, and Social Media (Facebook and Blogs) Google, Gmail. Must be organized and a self-starter. If given a task must be able to see it through from start to finish. Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus but not necessary.
