Independent distributor for electronic, military and aircraft components in Rockledge, FL is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team. This position will perform administrative duties and other functions that help streamline the daily business operations of our organization.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
-Providing top quality customer service support to customers and/or suppliers in a timely manner, both verbally and electronically.
-Communicating with suppliers daily regarding purchases/return authorizations, negotiating prices, creating purchase orders, order status follow up.
-Detailed computer use in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail is critical.
-Work alongside Sales staff to ensure a streamlined process of orders
-Assist with daily operations of shipping/receiving materials.
