Leasing Specialist Responsibilities:
Coordinate move ins with new residents
Achieve occupancy/leasing goals
Complete leasing paperwork from application to move in
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with prospects and residents
Keep thorough and precise documentation
Respond to all internet and phone leads
Set up and conduct tours of the property/models
Organize/promote monthly resident events
Help with the general upkeep of the leasing office
Any other tasks and/or duties assigned by the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
Skills and Experience:
Customer service experience (1 year or more)
Leasing experience (a plus but will train the right candidate)
Valid Drivers License
Reliable transportation
Strong people skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
