Are you interested in selling new home construction? We are now hiring licensed real estate agents to help manage a model home for builders. Grande Real Estate Services is hiring for a new home model center in Palm Bay. We partner with builders to marketing their home, staff the model center and build sales for the new home builder. You will market builder inventory homes, hold open houses, create events to attract the public and use social media to generate new prospects to visit the new home model center.
Agents will learn to sell new home construction, learn to work with builders and developers; yet have an opportunity to work all real estate. This is a great opportunity with a constant lead source. Full and Part Time agents needed. Great income potential and work environment. Training provided. This is commission only and a Florida real estate license is required.
