Real Property Management (RPM) – Brevard is looking for a full-time residential property manager whose salary and structure will be based on experience and skill level. A real estate license is a plus!
A successful candidate will possess the following skills, but ultimately responsibilities will be dependent on the abilities of the individual and the needs of the organization:
The ability to assist in the leasing process to minimize vacancy time, select solid residents and maximize revenue from the property.
Managing maintenance through vendors for properties during move-in/move-out time frames, new listings and on-going periodic inspections.
Provide organized and timely professional responses and follow-up with property owners, residents and vendors.
Ability to act independently but also take direction – all while being a team player.
Ability to speak up, push to continually make things better – but then strongly execute after decisions are made.
Manage accounts receivables, tenant delinquencies, tenant notices
Being detailed oriented, work well under pressure, have good people management skills, common sense and a good attitude.
Successful candidate will also have reliable transportation and a clean driving record as verified by a motor vehicle report.
