Your commission will be 80% of the total commission generated by the Brokerage, you can also get pay at closing if you desire to do so.
I am also a Real Estate Instructor at Melbourne School of Real Estate.
We do classroom lectures as well as online classes.
I also do my own private lessons for a fee of $100 per hour for students who need extra lessons and have difficulty passing the real estate exam.
