We’re looking for a hands-on Property Manager to oversee rental homes.
Responsibilities:
Screen & select tenants
Collect rent & manage accounts
Coordinate maintenance & repairs
Handle evictions if needed
Keep vacancies low & costs down
What we need:
Organized, reliable, experienced in property management, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You make your own schedule and work at your own pace and time, can work from home. Paid as IC and likely does not need more than 20 hrs per week but paid at more than $22 an hour
