2 positions are available with Noah's Riders (NoahsRiders.com) a children's plush motorized animal ride business at the mall.
First Position:
Seeking business manager with entrepreneur mindset. Salary starts at $14 - $15 an hour based on experience + tips + 15% ownership.
The 15% ownership of our business is with no risk and no money needed to put in to earn this.
Location: Melbourne Square Mall kiosk.
Must be available to work 35 - 40 hours/week and setup schedule with the Second Position person.
Schedule could be flexible as long as the two positions work out the schedule and all mall hours are covered.
Mall Hours
Friday 10 AM–8 PM
Saturday 10 AM–8 PM
Sunday 12 AM–6 PM
Monday 11 AM–7 PM
Tuesday 11 AM–7 PM
Wednesday 11 AM–7 PM
Thursday 11 AM–7 PM
Duties including opening and closing kiosk, assisting customers with purchasing services and merchandise, giving great service to attract repeat clients, offering promotions to clients, managing employee, covering for assistant manager absences, taking inventory, conducting credit card transactions, making sure waivers are signed prior to each ride and promoting the business on our social media channels during down time.
The right candidate is very friendly, very motivated, positive, responsible, punctual and very good with children and brings ideas and feedback for improving the business to the owners. Any ideas approved by owners and implemented will be rewarded with bonuses.
Bonuses will be awarded periodically for reaching sales targets and for demonstrated growth.
Second position:
Motivated Individual needed for Melbourne Square Mall kiosk business
Salary starts at $14 - $15 an hour based on experience + tips + bonuses
Must be available to work 22 - 30 hours/week and setup schedule with the First Position (Manager).
Schedule could be flexible as long as the two positions work out the schedule and all mall hours are covered.
