We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with proven business to business sales experience for our Rockledge, FL office.
COMPANY OVERVIEW
We provide debt collection services for apartments communities nationwide and medical providers in Central Florida.
We are hiring a new Business Development Manager to maintain account flow with current clients and to create and follow leads for new clients. We are a third-party debt collector specializing in medical and multi-unit real estate debt collections and this position is responsible for ensuring our current client base is sending us their accounts each month and as well as finding new clients for us to service. We are contingency fee based and the right candidate would earn a competitive hourly rate plus commission and benefits. Previous experience in business to business sales and cold calling on business leads is a requirement. Collection industry experience is preferred but not necessary, we will train the right candidate. This will be an in office position to start, but work from home can be considered later. Limited travel, with expense reimbursements. Our previous Business Development Manager is still with the company in a new role and will help transition the new hire into this position.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying and cold calling new leads to sell them on using our debt collection services.
Monthly follow up calls with existing clients to ensure consistent account flow. Assisting these existing clients with any collection related issues they may have and asking them for referrals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Basic computer skills.
Prior business to business sales experience.
Must represent the company in a professional and businesslike manner.
Experience cold calling businesses.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
