Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Measure customer outdoor spaces accurately using a tape measure and advise on appropriate products.
- Climb a 6ft stepladder for measurements.
- Manage and organize your schedule effectively to meet sales targets.
- Enter sales data promptly using a computer or cell phone.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to read a tape measure and handle basic measurement tools.
- Comfortable climbing a 6ft stepladder.
- Reliable transportation to travel to customer locations.
- Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in data entry using a computer or cell phone.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with NEPQ (Neuro-Emotional Persuasion Questioning) sales methodology is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Commission-based pay: Earn competitive commissions on every sale, with payouts typically within 3 days. Commissions range from $50 to $600 per sale. Leads are provided. No high-pressure sales tactics needed. Product practically sells itself and training and scripts provided.
