Right Coast Tree Care is seeking a motivated, energetic and dynamic Lead Generator/ Door Knocker / Estimators Closers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service tree sales.
The role focuses on door-to-door sales and building relationships to generate leads and close sales.
Looking for Door Knockers and estimators.
Duties
1. Communicate effectively with homeowners and business owners to pitch tree services.
2. Knock on doors to generate sales leads.
3. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
4. Able to accurately estimate time and cost for crews to carry tree service jobs.
5. Perform site inspections for proposal preparation.
6. Provide estimates
7. Utilize digital tools for lead management and communication thru jobber.
Requirements
Previous experience in tree sales.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
Data entry using phone, computer and/or tablet.
Willingness to work in all types of climates.
Physical ability to work on your feet.
Consistency and reliability.
Maintain neat, clean, and professional appearance
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
Knowledge of selling techniques and upselling strategies
