Photonica USA in Cocoa Beach is looking for a results-driven Product Specialist to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Responsibilities

We sell UltraSlim® to physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician-supervised entities. Qualified buyers enjoy exceptional financing terms including no money down and no payments for 90 days.

No other technology can offer your prospects the opportunity to actually lose pounds of their own body fat. Since we can demonstrate immediate fat loss, we do. Our showroom and prescriber training facilities are oceanfront at Cocoa Beach, overlooking the beach and Cape Canaveral. We provide ground transportation and beachfront accommodations for your prospects.

As a Product Specialist, your job is informational, to provide detailed product information to prospects and clients. No hard selling.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to sell expensive technology to a discerning buyer.

Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Reach out to customer leads either through cold calling or warm leads provided to sales

Route and follow up with resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Coordinate sales effort with other departments such as training and manufacturing

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities

Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
