Role Summary
We’re seeking an energetic Walker Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This position works directly under the Sales Manager and plays a vital role in generating new business opportunities through door-to-door outreach, neighborhood walks, and community engagement.
You’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers—introducing our services, identifying prospects, and gathering lead information for our Sales Manager to follow up and close.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, talking with people, and learning the fundamentals of tree care sales from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Walk assigned neighborhoods and communities to introduce Ranger Tree Care’s services
- Identify potential customers with tree service needs and record lead details for follow-up
- Engage homeowners, property managers, and residents in a friendly, professional manner
- Distribute company marketing materials and maintain accurate records of interactions
- Schedule site visits or connect interested leads directly to the Sales Manager
- Assist the Sales Manager with local marketing, canvassing routes, and community events
- Maintain a positive, professional image while representing Ranger Tree Care in the field
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing, confident communicator with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable walking neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners daily
- Self-motivated and able to meet daily and weekly outreach goals
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to learn and talk knowledgeably about our tree care services (training provided)
- Must be punctual, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors in Florida conditions
Nice to Have
- Sales, canvassing, or customer service experience
- Familiarity with tree service or outdoor trades
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus

Work Environment & Schedule
- Field-based role with daily neighborhood routes across Brevard, Orlando, and nearby markets
- Daytime schedule (some evenings/weekends for events or storm response)
- All outreach areas are pre-assigned and approved by the Sales Manager
