We are a commercial construction company seeking an experienced commercial construction project manager/Site Superintendent to manage restaurant buildouts in Central FL/SpaceCoast.
Candidate must be able to read and do take offs from plans.
Have had previous onsite experience.
Understand building codes and the inspection process for restaurant build outs/hood systems.
Have experience negotiating subcontractor bids.
Have great communication skills and follow through on all tasks.
