We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced painting foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading painting projects, managing a team of painters, and ensuring the completion of projects within established timelines and quality standards.

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay: $23 - $25 (Depending on experience level)

Basic Requirements:

Possess a valid Florida Driver's License.

Experience in the painting field (More than 5 years)

Must be self-motivated with good initiative and flexibility.

The ability to work well in a team and interact within a group when necessary.

Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor while on projects.

Professional appearance.

Quality and efficiency when working.

Have a personal vehicle and be willing to travel as needed.

Able and willing to work extended hours.

Job Expectations:

Oversee and lead a team of painters in executing various painting projects.

Plan and schedule daily tasks, ensuring efficient project workflow.

Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.

Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the job site.

Train and mentor junior painting staff.

Ensure the proper use and maintenance of painting equipment and tools.

Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets industry standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns and providing updates on project progress.
