Scope of Work:
-Inspect underlayment and roof deck
-Close off any open areas
-Install shingles, drip edge, roof vents, and flashing
-Ensure roof is fully sealed and completed
Future work as well or other trades if you are able to conduct other type of trade jobs as well.
