Mount This Fish Company is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our production team in our glassing and molding department. Mount This Fish Company's replicas are life lasting memories for avid anglers and wall decor displayed throughout the world.
Primary tasks:
Production of Glassing Fish Replica Blanks
Occasional Additional tasks:
Molding Fish and Antique Skin Mounts
Sculpting Parts
Coordinating With Senior Staff On Misc Production Tasks
Starting rate is open for discussion. We also have an incentive program that rewards the team for high KPI performance. Employees may be eligible after 90 days. There's a large learning curve but we are always looking for passionate individuals that work well with others, to join the team. (No experience starts at $16/hr)
Hand eye coordination is necessary for pneumatic tool use.
Knowing your fish specie is not required but is highly preferred.
Medical Insurance 50% copay available after 6 months. PTO available after 1 year.
This position will require you to wear a ventilation mask at times.
