About the Job
We’re looking for someone with painting experience to help with field operations, paint touch-ups, and quality control. Must be able to travel, manage crews, and maintain high-quality results.
Requirements
-Painting experience (spray equipment, tools, etc.)
-Flexible schedule & able to travel
-Bilingual: English & Spanish
-Can read architectural plans
-Great attention to detail and leadership potential
Preferred Skills
Stucco, EIFS, staining, sealed concrete, epoxy, wall coverings
Pay & Benefits
-$22/hr for first 3 months (trial period)
-Performance-based bonuses
-Fuel and tolls paid
-Vehicle maintenance covered
-Pay raise after 3 months based on performance
