Experienced, seasoned maintenance tech knowledgeable in drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpeting. Knowledge of floor repair and window unit air conditioners. Able to identify when a problem requires a specialist and can handle tasks like patching walls, replacing light fixtures and fixing or replacing leaky faucets. You will be responsible for preforming a variety of basic repair and maintenance on cottages, RV's and mobile homes. Essentially keeping the facility in good working order by fixing minor issues and repairs. Responding to maintenance requests from occupants. Using a variety of hand and power tools to complete repairs. Diagnoses minor issues and determine the best course of action to fix them.
