What You’ll Do
Perform general home repairs and upkeep
Handle basic plumbing & electrical work
Complete painting, patching, and cosmetic repairs
Troubleshoot and fix everyday maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
Ensure rental homes are well-maintained and move-in ready
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, painting, and general home repairs
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving skills with a “get it done” attitude
Own tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
