We are looking for a skilled DIY worker or handyman in the Palm Bay or surrounding Space Coast area to handle some work on foreclosed homes. This individual should be familiar with property preservation work, be a quick learner and have a team to complete some of the following types of work:
Rekey (changing locks)
Winterization (removing all water from the home)
Trashouts (removing all trash from the home)
Minor Repairs (drywall, paint, cabinets, doors, toilets, etc)
Snow Removal
Lawn Mowing
Cleanings
Having your own equipment, a trailer/truck and dependable transportation is a must. This will be pretty consistent work over the next couple of years within a 20-50 mile radius and STARTS NOW. Pay will be per job and paid within 24 business hours.
