Looking for skilled craftsman that can install, cleanup after themselves, caulk without smearing or repainting the walls. Must be able to perform the job without destroying peoples property and making new complaints. Prefer a trim or finish carpenter with some electrical skills and attention to details. Prefer a non alcohic or drug addict. Willingness to obey company policy. Mechanical aptitude would be a plus.
