Residential Restoration Contractor seeking well rounded skilled tradesmen. We provide homeowners with restoration repair services from damages from fire, water, wind, and mold. Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
(6) Paid Holidays
(1) Week PTO after first year, (2) weeks PTO after second year.
Overtime available.
Weekly pay schedule.
Mileage reimbursement when own vehicle used.
Job Overview: Multi-skilled individual to perform, and be proficient in the following tasks -
Skilled in aspects of drywall repairs - Up to at least level (4) drywall skill level.
Skilled in aspects of cabinetry - (Crown molding thru shimming cabinets to level)
Skilled in aspects of finished carpentry - Cope baseboard cut, crown molding, door install.
Skilled in aspects of finished electrical - Hanging/Installing fans, light fixtures.
Skilled in aspects of trim plumbing - Install plumbing fixtures, sinks, dishwasher.
Able to handle demolition of areas with cautious outlook and recognition of repair process.
Able to assist in preparation of job sites for other vendors and events.
Able to follow residential repair work orders to detail.
Able to document site progress using photos taken on sites.
Minimum Employment Qualifications/Requirements -
Must be able to pass a background criminal check.
Active Valid Driver’s License
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Use of a ladder - Able to go up and down a ladder and work confidently (as needed).
Strong communication skills, able to communicate with management, staff, vendors, and the client (as needed).
Professional workplace appearance.
