Job Title: Apartment Painter
Location: Brevard County, Florida

Responsibilities:
Perform interior painting for apartment units.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and priming.
Apply paints to achieve uniform and visually appealing finishes.
Work independently, ensuring timely completion of each unit.
Pay attention to detail to maintain high standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in apartment painting or other rental properties preferred.
Reliable transportation.
Own basic tools and equipment.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to paint 1,000+ sq.ft. per day.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
This is a 1099 job, and you will be expected to provide valid driver's license and SSN.
