This is a part-time position 3 days per week, (Mon, Weds., Thurs.) that will grow into a full-time position (M-F), likely by June. Looking to interview Friday 02/14/2025 with a potential training start date of Monday 02/17/2025.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Day-to-day work includes:
Traveling from home to route with gps tracked company vehicle
Performing maintenance on both commercial and residential pools
Documenting actions with photographs on skimmer
Interacting with customers in a professional manner
Route starts in Oak Hill, FL and ends in Vierra, FL
This is hard work in the hot FL sun, must be physically fit and able to endure the heat.

Pay scale:
No experience -$12.00 an hour for a 4-week training period then $1.00 per hour increase every 4 weeks until August to cap at $18.00 per hour first year.
Experienced starts at - $16.00 an hour for training of 4 weeks then $1.00 an hour increase to every 4 weeks to cap at $20.00 per hour first year.
