Must have experience:
Looking for individual to work in residential renovations. Full time. Pay based on skill by hour or salary pay. The more skilled in all aspects of exterior remodel the better.
Multi-skilled individual to perform in the following tasks;
Able to do vinyl siding, hardi-board, soffit and fascia.
Experienced in carpentry.
Able to do exterior residential repairs.
Mostly anything exterior.
Minimum Employment Requirements:
Able to work with a crew leader for a 2 man crew.
Have own transportation.
Able to use basic tools, saws etc.
Must be able to lift 50 lb.
Use a ladder and work on roof tie-ins with porch roof.
Experience with working on additions.
Wants to grow and learn in remodel.
Absolutely:
No drugs or alcohol.
No family drama.
Professional appearance and altitude a must.
Quality and efficiency are a requirement.
