Climate Experts is adding another Experienced Residential HVAC Installer to our growing team!
We are a 5 star rated Residential/Light Commercial HVAC Contractor located in Melbourne Florida.

Requirements for hire
Ability to lift 75+ lbs
Be a team player, we don't have employees, we have team members.
Have a valid Florida Driver's License
Possess great communication skills and ability to think as a team player
Ability to pass our background check
EPA Certification (must complete with in 90 day probation)
Working knowledge of subcooling and superheat
Minimum 3 years in the field experience as an installer not a helper
Ability to install any residential system up to 5 tons, including variable speed compressors.
Ability to install light commercial equipment up to and including 25 tons.
Have a professional appearance and attitude.
Have a cell phone with internet service

- A typical day for our installers includes;
Upon satisfactory completion of our standard 90 day probationary term, our HVAC Installer will be driving a take home vehicle to our shop at 7 am to pick up new equipment and all materials. New equipment and all materials are typically delivered to our shop the day prior. Completing the installation with a crew of 2 experienced installers often before 3 pm. Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
