It is the responsibility of the Installer team to install HVAC systems and any other related HVAC components correctly and in a timely manner. The install team may work under close supervision with a minimal amount of creative design given, depending on experience. Service Technician experience is a plus.
Minimum Requirements For Consideration:
Minimum 5 years experience installing residential split systems, package units, heat pumps, gas furnaces.
The minimum 5 years experience must be as an installing technician and not a helper.
Experience directly related to residential HVAC change out replacements
Plenum & flex duct experience
Return box design and build experience Key Competencies:
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Mechanically inclined
Able to distinguish between different HVAC equipment
Self-Motivated but able to take direction and be part of a team

Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to read and write in English
Education:
High School or equivalent
Job Type:
Full-time / Over time possible / On-Call after hours and weekends by Schedule
Salary:
$17.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience
Requirements for hire:
Drug Free Workplace (drug test completed before employment)
No Criminal history (no criminal convictions)
Must be able to safely lift at least 100 pounds.
Must have no injuries preventing crawling in attics or lifting heavy equipment.
Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
Must be able to tolerate temperatures above 120 for extended periods of time
Must be able to work overtime, nights, and weekend hours
EPA certified (must become EPA certified with in 4 weeks following 90 day probationary period )
Must have your own reliable transportation
Valid FL Drivers License with a good driving record
Clean cut and professional look (we allow groomed beards and some tattoos depending on location)
