Crotty Services, Inc. is a small family owned company that offers a full range of septic and sitework services. We are seeking hands-on individuals, who are eager to engage all aspects of the industry, from septic installation, equipment operation, site work, to pump and dump truck operation. Regular job duties include loading and unloading equipment and materials, performing service work such as installing risers and replacing pumps, pumping and inspecting septic systems, and of course installing septic systems.
Attention CDL applicants seeking a "driving" position - this is not the job for you! CDL capabilities will get you, the equipment and material to the job site, once there we have to pump the tanks and/or install the system. Everyone works a shovel at Crotty Services.
Our pay rates are competitive and we want employees to grow within the company. We provide extensive on the job training in areas of light electrical, basic plumbing, equipment maintenance, general mechanics, and heavy equipment operation. Compensation rates increase rapidly with skill level and training. Additionally, employees enjoy tips, bonuses, after hour charges, and commission.
