We are looking for a skilled and reliable Stucco tradesman to apply and repair stucco surfaces for residential buildings. Experience is required, and the ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of stucco systems, comfortable working independently, completing work to code, on time, and within spec.
Key responsibilities:
-Prep, lath and apply stucco finishes (traditional or synthetic).
-Repair existing stucco, patch cracks and blend new applications with older finishes.
-Ensure all work meets building code requirements, safety guidelines and quality standards.
-Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
-Communicate clearly with managers, coordinate timelines and communicate updates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Proven Experience as a Stucco tradesman.
-Provide tools, equipment, transportation and labor.
-Valid Drivers License & Reliable Transportation.
-Proof of Valid General Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance (or exemption).
-Knowledge of Stucco systems and proficient in the use of stucco tools and finishing equipment.
-Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding.
-Must be dependable, detail-oriented and take pride in craftsmanship.
