Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, schedules, and standard operating procedures.
Performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Respond to building and property alarms, manage vendor relationships, oversee groundskeeping, and handle sourcing for repairs and maintenance.
Project coordinator for maintenance projects and maintaining organized digital maintenance records.
