Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and applying powder coating finishes to various metal products, ensuring high-quality and durable finishes. The ideal candidate will have experience in powder coating or similar coatings, an eye for detail, and a commitment to producing top-quality results.
Responsibilities:
-Properly clean and prepare metal surfaces by sandblasting, abrasive blasting, or chemical cleaning to ensure a smooth, contaminant-
free surface before powder coating.
-Powder Coating Application: Apply powder coating to metal products using electrostatic equipment, ensuring even coverage and
smooth finish.
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring coating consistency, thickness, and uniformity meet company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on powder coating equipment and machinery, including cleaning spray guns, checking air supply, and
troubleshooting minor issues.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in powder coating or related coating applications
-Strong knowledge of coating techniques, including electrostatic application and curing processes.
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
