The Florida Cracker Café is currently hiring for Back of the House positions. We are looking for punctual, dependable, and friendly individuals that have a passion for culinary arts. We are a small, independent, full-service restaurant that goes to extensive lengths to make as much of our menu in-house as possible. We also are very busy at times and require you are able to handle the pace of our work environment. The ideal candidates will have some knowledge of food service skills but we are willing to train those who have less experience in food preparation as long as they are willing to take direction and follow procedures.
